Korallia Grimopoulou
For the past 13 years, yoga has been a cornerstone of her life. Shaping not only her physical form but also her mental and spiritual well-being. Since 2018, she has had the privilege of sharing this transformative practice with others as a certified yoga instructor with 500 hours of training. Her extensive background and experience encompass hatha, vinyasa, yin, nidra, silver age, restorative, and kids yoga. Allowing her to connect with a diverse range of students at all stages of their practice.
Specializing in vinyasa yoga, a style that emphasizes fluidity and energy, she creates dynamic flows that invigorate both body and mind. Additionally, she teaches hatha yoga, honoring its traditional, steady approach to cultivate balance and alignment. Her classes are designed to be inclusive, catering to those seeking the meditative calm of nidra yoga or the playful engagement of kids yoga.
Cristina Lopez McLauchlan
My journey into yoga began in 2014, during a profound moment of redirection in my life. At first, it was the literature and philosophy that truly captured me—the ancient texts, the conversations, the depth of insight. They became a guiding light, offering clarity when I needed it most, illuminating a path inward.
As my understanding deepened, the physical practice of asana naturally followed. Since then, I haven’t looked back. Yoga has become a daily ritual—an intentional commitment. The integration of asana, meditation, and study grounds me. It’s my anchor, helping me meet life with steadiness and presence. This practice strengthens not just my body, but also nurtures a resilient and open mind.
As B.K.S. Iyengar beautifully said, “The body is the bow, asana the arrow, and the soul is the target.” Those words continue to resonate deeply with me every day on the mat.
Kakia Kaffa
Kakia Kaffa specializes in sound therapy, certified by the internationally renowned Peter Hess, with years of experience in offering both group and individual sessions. Her dedicated work with sound has given her the opportunity to collaborate with luxury hotels such as Costa Navarino, Life Gallery, and Mythic Paros, as well as yoga studios like Serenity Hub. She has hosted several retreats, including Sky Hut Retreat, Inner Trips, MYND Retreats, and Tatoi Club, participated in international festivals such as Tomorrowland, and conducted wellness workshops for companies like Pfizer and Coca-Cola.
Having started as a yoga instructor and TM (Transcendental Meditation) practitioner, she firmly believes that healing primarily comes from the conscious choice of each individual to:
1. trust in the power of sound,
2. maintain the results in their daily life, and
3. feel safe with the changes that every healing process brings.
